As the Creative Production Designer at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, I balanced expansive creative thinking with the precision required by fast-moving deadlines. From meeting the demanding timelines of the Philadelphia Flower Show to leading projects from concept through production, I quickly grew into a role that allowed me to make a lasting impact on the organization’s visual identity.

One highlight of my time at PHS was the Know to Grow rebrand, where I developed custom illustrations and cohesive visuals for our membership-only speaker series. I worked closely with the Creative Director, starting with deep preliminary research so that each illustration met our standards for informational accuracy regarding plant species.

The work at PHS ranged greatly, requiring me to pivot often from deep creative work to necessary and efficient document design while collaborating across internal and external teams. I’m deeply motivated by work that is rooted in purpose and connection, and I’m proud to have contributed to projects that helped my community, especially my city,  grow and flourish.
